Same here Jonathan, to be honest it’s an assignment requirement so you may yet start! To be honest at the end of two weeks I do think it actually helped me reflect more I’m just bad at maintaining habits haha
Haha, I didn’t realise it was a requirement of the course, I hadn’t read that far ahead. I did start a diary many years ago but it didn’t last long. It would have been interesting to look back I think.
